OAO ‘Belkamneft” improves oil production technology at Buyginskoye oilfield

This has become possible due to implementation of the last developed packer equipment. Special double packer unit was individually designed and implemented for well № 1252P for formation solation using modern means of telemetry which allow from the well mouth control and regulate the pressure and volume of injected fluid. Implementation of this technology will let the company save more than 10 million rubles of capital investments by the cancellation of construction of 4.8 km of water high-pressure pipeline to this well.
From 2009 OAO “Belkamneft” effectively uses technologies using double packer equipment for dual completion of the layers of production wells and dual injection at injection wells. The enterprise plans further active implementation of advanced technologies which let increase oil production and reduce prime cost of oil.
