A contest “Best in profession” started in OAO “Belkamneft”
Izhevsk. In OAO “Belkamneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, started a review-contest among workers for the title of “Best in profession”.
The main objective of the contest is improvement of personnel’s qualifications as well as the study and dissemination of best practices and methods of work. Traditionally competitive tasks consist of two parts – theory and practice. The main criteria for evaluating the work of the contestants are time and job quality, absence of errors and compliance of labor protection. All tasks are performed on production sites of oao “Belkamneft” NGDU-1 and NGDU-2.
The grand opening of review-competition was held on 6 July on well pads № 217, Vyatskaya area of Arlanskoye oilfield. The contest was held among operators of oil and gas production, mechanics of processing pumps, commercial operators, electricians on maintenance of electrical equipment, workover teams, lath operators, mechanics of pump stations and bulldozers, etc.
This year in OAO “Belkamneft” review-contest representatives of 17 jobs will show their professional skills. Best employees will present OAO “Belkamneft” in 11 categories of professional skills competitions of OAO NK “RussNeft” among enterprises of Volga-Ural region.
