ОАО «Ulyanovskneft» optimizes the technical process of well repair
Ulyanovsk.ОАО «Ulyanovskneft», a subsidiary enterprise of ОАО NК «RussNeft», optimizes the technical process of well repair.
In particular, there was purchased multifunctional modernized hoist unit UP-32-40 for rig-down and rig-up operations associated with the well servicing and workover. The unit is equipped with the operator’s cab, optional driller’s remote panel, drive gear for the power-driven rotor, hydraulic cathead, electronic weight indicator with data modem.
There was purchased HWDP, which allows for drilling, emergency equipment milling, fishing operations.
Over and above, on hoist units UPKRS, equipped with IVE-50, there were installed data modems for transmission of data to the dispatcher console, which enables real-time monitoring of rig-down and rig-up operations.
Optimization of technical processes of well repair will allow to increase the productive time and to improve the quality of repair works.
