OAO Ulianovskneft” continues implementation of the drilling program.
Ulianovsk. OAO “Ulianovskneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” continues implementation of the drilling program of 2011. In particular, in June the company commissioned Well No 35 at Zapadnoye oilfield , daily flow rate of which amounts to more than 19 tons.
Zapadnoye oilfield was discovered in 1980, put into development in 1992. In 2010 production at the oilfield amounted to 118.861 thousand tons. At present the company is drilling three horizontal wells at Verkhozimskoye, Zapadnoye and Baranovskoye oilfields, slanted well at Novobesovskoye oilfield and an exploration well at Truyevskaya area. Besides, there is going on testing of Well No 4 at Pavlovskaya area. On the total in 2011 it is planned to construct 13 producing wells and 5 exploration wells. Among 13 producing wells 5 ones will be drilled as horizontal wells, other wells will be slanted ones. It is expected that initial flow rates of horizontal wells will amount to 60-150 tons per day, and those of slanted well – 16to 43.3 tons per day.
