"Saratovneftegas " is planning to increase oil production with the help of non-standard equipment.
Saratov. ОАО "Saratovneftegas" (a producing subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”) was the first in Russia to apply non-standard equipment for lifting of liquid from a well. The aim of introduction of this equipment is optimization of work of the well with the help of pumping equipment specially desigped and produced by the plant “Novomet”.
The new pump unit ESP -650-1775 wth pumping capacity of 650 cub. m per day is installed in well No 1 of Rogozhinskoye oilfied. Its effectiveness exeeds the effectiveness of the old pump three times. Due to this innovation actual daily production gain at this well is now more than 30 tons
At present at the oilfields of OAO “Saratovneftegas” there are 14 non-standard units, and oil production extent for these units amounts to 350 tons per day.
