ОАО «Ulyanovskneft» is testing new telemetering equipment

Wells № 33 и №35 are connected to test equipment through digital interface RS-485, which allows monitoring of well by more than 20 parameters. Previously, the system allowed to register data on engine operation and engine shutdown of well. With the application of new technology in data transmission, it became possible to remotely monitor such important parameters as field pressure, formation temperature, direction of pump rotation, engine load, actual power, etc. At the moment there are carried out works on connection of test equipment to well №67/1 of Yuzhno-Vishenskoye oil field. The telemetry system allows in real-time mode to get information about operating procedure of oil production and to immediately respond to the current situation. This, in its turn, considerably minimizes the idle hour of wells and creates conditions for the increase of base production of oil. 25 boreholes of Mordovoozerskoye oil field and 16 boreholes of Allagulovskoye oil field have already been connected to the telemetry system.
