OAO “Belkamneft” became the prize-winner of the competition “Russian organization of high social efficiency”.

The jury estimated social work of the enterprise according to the following criteria: interaction with vocational training establishments, development of corporate structure, in-company education (improvement of professional skills), management of human resources of the organization.
Today more than 4000 persons work in the company. Creation of conditions at which employees of the enterprise could develop their capabilities as much as possible – is the basis OAO “Belkamneft” personnel policy. Considerable means are allocated for preparation of a personnel reserve, training, increase of a skill level of the personnel. Carrying out of competitions of professional skills, scientifically-practical conferences, labor competitions among production teams became tradition of corporate culture of OAO “Belkamneft”. Annually more than 1000 employees of the company are trained and improve their professional skills in specialized educational institutions of Udmurtiya and Bashkortostan.
Creation of the new, modern oil and gas institute with financial support of OAO NK "RussNeft" and personally of its president Mikhail Gutseriev will allow deduce preparation of experts for petroleum industry on a qualitatively higher level.
