The State Labour Inspection of the UR has handed over to OAO "Belkamneft" the Certificate of Trust to the Employer
Izhevsk. Open OAO "Belkamneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" has been included in the register of employers, observing reliably the employees’ right within the limits of the project « Declaring of activity of enterprises in the field of realization of employees’ and employers’ labor rights», which is being implemented by State Labour Inspection in the Udmurt Republic with the assistance of the Udmurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Federation of Trade Unions of the Udmurt Republic
Such document is issued after careful check of observance by the organization of all requirements of labor activity for a period of five years. If after this time labor safety level continues to correspond to the established norms, its validityis prolonged. During the whole history of history of existence of this project only twenty enterprises of Udmurtiya have received this high appreciation of quality of labor norms and requirements observance.
More than 4000 persons work at OAO "Belkamneft" today. Observance of the requirements corresponding to the standards of labor safety, is one of main principles of HR policy of the company. Considerable means are allocated for observance of labor norms as well as for increasing of a the level of professional skills of the personnel. Annually more than 1000 employees of the enterprise undergo training in specialized educational institutions of Udmurtiya and Bashkortostan.
