"Varioganneft" has carried out pilot production of oil-well tubing

For the first time in the oil fields of the Variogan block the enterprise has implemented production technology using oil-well tubing bushed with polymer materials. This innovation has allowed ОАО «Varioganneft» to give up on the expensive technology for heating of wells with warming cable lines to protect against hydrate-paraffin. The economic effect of the project implementation made about 800 thousand rubles per month savings.
Thanks to the new technology, ОАО «Varioganneft» managed not only to minimize premature underground equipment failure in difficult wells, but also to significantly extend the service life of the oil-well tubing.
