"Varioganneft " discharged its compensatory liabilities to owners of communal family lands.
Raduzhny, KhMAO. ОАО «Varioganneft» assigned more than 6 million rubles for compensatory payments to indigenous peoples of the North inhabiting the territories where the company is producing hydrocarbons. The information is received from the press-service of the company.
The company and the heads of communal families have signed individual agreements taking into account the needs of the indigenous peoples. As of the present day the oilmen have signed 41 individual agreements with each of the families. Compensatory payments are effected on the basis of Federal laws “Subsurface resources”, “Guarantees of the RF indigenous minorities’ rights” and other laws of the Okrug. The funds were assigned to purchasing snowmobiles “Buran”, boat motors, fuels and lubricants.
Supporting the indigenous peoples inhabiting the territory of Yugra is a priority of social policy of the subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” . In 2012 the company is planning to assign to owners of communal family lands 500 thousand rubles within the frames of the signed agreements.
