“Aganneftegazgeologia” continues to carry out construction of gas and energy complex of Mokhtik oil field
Nizhnevartovsk, KhMAO-Yugra. Under the associated petroleum gas utilization program, ОАО MPC «Aganneftegazgeologia» (a subsidiary enterprise of ОАО NK «RussNeft») continues to carry out construction of gas and energy complex of Mokhtik oil field.
In the oil field “Mokhtikneft” there’s carried out installation of reciprocating gas engine GE Jenbacher. The project provides for installation of 7 reciprocating gas engine modules operating on associated petroleum gas. The capacity of gas power plant will make 6 mW. Due to the experts’ estimates, the gas power plant will meet the demands of the oil field for the electrical energy. The operational commissioning of gas and energy complex is scheduled for May – June 2012.
Formerly, in Mokhtik oil field together with the company Tomskneft VNK there was constructed and run in commissioning the pipeline “CPF of Mokhtik oil field – gas turbine power plant of Zapadno-Poludennoye oil field” with a length of 15,6 km.
Driving up of these facilities to the rated capacity will allow “Aganneftegazgeologia” to utilize up to 95% of associated petroleum gas produced at Mokhtik oil field.
