Chemical analytical laboratory modernization was finished in CODAP Belkamneft
Izhevsk. In OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, there were completed works on accreditation and modernization of chemical analytical laboratory (CAL) in CODAP Belkamneft, according to press-service of the subsidiary. In the course of works, construction of the laboratory dispatch center was finished, new modern laboratory equipment for analytical system Spectroscan-Max-GV, for hardware-software complex Chromatec-Crystall 5000.2 and for vacuum system PC 3001 VARIO was commissioned.
Oil testing, performed with the help of this equipment, is characterized by high-accuracy and operating speed, and is carried out using reagents safe for the operating personnel.
Acquisition of accreditation for 11 types of oil testing, such as determination of chlor-organic compounds (Method B), hydrogen disulfide, methyl- and ethyl mercaptan, paraffin weight ratio (Method B), as well as fractional oil content, became the final stage.
CAL modernization will allow making comprehensive analysis of oil, which is delivered to OAO AK Transneft system immediately from CODAP (crude oil delivery and acceptance point) Belkamneft, and will allow eliminating of oil samples transportation to CAL of CODAP Khmelevka and Malaya Purga, thereby greatly raising operating process effectiveness, reducing transportation costs and working load of the above mentioned laboratories.
