OAO Ulyanovskneft in 2011 allocated more than 35 million rubles to corporate social programs.

Social package, approved by the Collective Agreement of OAO Ulyanovskneft, includes a set of socially significant expenditures, the main of which are: provision of free meals for employees, provision of material aid, health improvement of employees and their children.
In 2011 the enterprise increased expenditures on meals for production workers more to 4 million rubles.
In total 20.7 million rubles was allocated to these purposes. 
According to the Collective Agreement during the year, employees were paid financial aid totaling 3.5 million rubles. Moreover, each employee received fringe benefit in amount of 3 thousand rubles.
One of the most popular items of the social package is the program of health improvement of employees and their children. Within the frames of this program in 2011 the enterprise allocated 105 free health resort vouchers and 58 vouchers to children’s holiday camps at a cost of more than 4 million rubles.
