Aganneftegazgeologiya conducted a scheduled emergency response complex training
Nizhnevartovsk region, KhMAO. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya (subsidiary of NK RussNeft) carried out a complex training on the oil spill response plan at the hazardous operation facilities of the company.
According to OAO MPK ANGG press service communication to “Uralinfromburo”, participants of the tactical training at the specially equipped training ground in Chernogorneft field performed activities on oil pipeline incident response, surface oil pickup, oil spill fire and forest fire fighting.
First aid and victims evacuation skills were practiced.
The large-scale training was held for the first time in Aganneftegazgeologiya involving outsourced emergency response team of OAO TNK-Nizhnevartovsk, firefighters of OOO VIUR and OOO Promgazservis, ambulance service of ZAO MedSi, emergency response team of the Centre of Emergency and Environmental Responses, coordination and security team of OOO ChOP Agan-Zaslon.
The multibusiness company initiated the activity based on the multilateral agreement “On interaction in emergency response assistance among the organizations bordering with each other or located in close proximity to the facilities of the participating organizations” signed in 2010.
The training participants were positively esteemed by the observers – representatives of the Emergency situations prevention section of the Russian Federation Emergency Situations Ministry Department for KhMAO-Yugra, Civil defense, emergency, environment and natural resources department of Nizhnevartovsk region administration.
The system approach of OAO MPK Aganneftgazgeologiya to prevention of emergency situations at the operation and administrative facilities allows the company to meet all regional law requirements in the fire safety, civil defense and emergency situations prevention as well as corporate safety standards of NK RussNeft.
