“Best by profession” competition was held in OAO Saratovneftegaz and its subsidiaries

Saratov. OAO Saratovneftegaz (producing subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft) and its operation divisions and subsidiaries held an annual traditional review competition “Best by profession”. Its main objective is to increase the personnel qualification as well as study and expand the advanced methods and techniques of work.

The competition was held among the following main professions: oil and gas production operators, commercial operators, wells repair and overhaul shifts, process pumps operators, chemical laboratory technicians, oil production equipment repair technicians, electrical and gas welders, drivers, automation technicians, electricians. Apart from execution of practical tasks, the participants had also theory tests. Main assessment criteria were time and quality of the performed tasks, absence of mistakes and compliance with the safety requirements.

Winners of the review competition taking the first places in their professions were:

Oil and gas production operator – Ivan Baranov

Commercial operator – Olga Golubkina

Process pumps operator – Sergey Lapshin

Chemical laboratory technician – Tatiana Kazakova

Wells repair and overhaul shift No. 2 – foreman Viktor Salikhovich

Electrician – Sergey Morozov

Repair technician – Yury Kuzmichev

Electrical and gas welder – Alexei Stanko

Automation technician – Igor Ustinov

Driver – Sergey Fedulov

The winners were awarded with gift certificates for shopping in electro domestic and home appliances supermarket as well as bonuses to their salary for one year. In August, they will stand up for OAO Saratovneftegaz at a corporate interregional review competition among the RussNeft assets of Volgo-Uralsk region to take place in Izhevsk.
