Aganneftegazgeologia commissioned a new well in Roslavlskoe field
Nizhnevartovsk, KhAO-Yugra. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia (subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft) continues commercial development of Roslavlskoe field within the drilling program implementation.
HDD well No. 1098 was drilled and commissioned in the field. The total depth of the well is 3,444 m, the length of the horizontal section is 294 m. Layer BV8-1 was opened up by drilling. At start, the oil production rate was 498 tons per day.
Commissioning of the new well will allow the company to stabilize the oil production volumes and build a steady trend for the performance indicators.
Aganneftegazgeologia intends to drill one more well with a horizontal section in Roslavlskoe field before the end of 2012.
