The results of fulfillment of obligations under the Collective Agreement for the first half of 2012 summed up at OAO Ulyanovskneft
Ulyanovsk. The semi-annual conference of labor collective was held at OAO Ulyanovskneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft. Within the frames of the conference the results of fulfillment of obligations under the Collective Agreement for the first half of 2012 were summed up and modifications to the Estimate of payments from profit for 2012 were approved.
In the first half of 2012 the expenditures for social needs of the employees amounted to 19 860 thousand rubles. In particular, meal expenses amounted to 10.7 million rubles, which means that during the 6 months more than 860 employees had meals free of charge. More than 4.3 million rubles was assigned to sanatorium-resort treatment and health improvement of the employees and their children. These funds were spent for purchasing vouchers to the sanatoriums of Ulyanovsk and Samara regions and the Black Sea cost of the Caucasus, vouchers to the best children’s health camps of the Ulyanovsk region. During the first 6 months the employees received financial help on the occasions of childbirths, burials, treatment and payment for additional vacations as well as leave bonuses for the total sum of more than 4.5 million rubles. The expenditures for cultural events, arrangement of corporate events and holiday greetings amounted to 1.2 million rubles.
The main modification to the Estimate of payments from profit was the raise of expenditures for sanatorium-resort treatment and financial help. Besides, 1200.0 thousand rubles were assigned for compensation of the interest on housing credits.
More than 100 delegates from the labor collective of OAO Ulyanovskneft attended at the conference. The participants of the event took active part in discussion of the issues of the agenda. The following decision was made on the results of the conference: to determine the work on fulfillment of obligations under the collective agreement for the first half of 2012 as “satisfactory” and to approve the proposed modifications to the Estimate of payments from profit.
