Varyoganneft witnessed professional training the programme Inner Auditor Health Safety and Environment Management System.
Raduzhny, KHMAO. From 28 till 31 August 2012 OAO Varyoganneft witnessed professional training of the employees on the programme Health Safety and Environment Management System Inner Auditor. The classes were held by the private educational institution of additional education Logos of the Siberian Research and Project Institute of Efficient Natural Resources Management, Nizhnevartovsk.
In the course of training the workers had both theoretical and practical workshops needed for mastering of their knowledge. According to the results of the training 10 of the workers were awarded with Health Safety and Environment Management System Inner Auditor certificate. These workers will be included into the Inner Auditors Registry of OAO Varyoganneft Management System.
Once being successfully introduced at OAO NK RussNeft and other companies of the holding, Health Safety and Environment Management System and its development have been emphasized by the management of OAO Varyoganneft.
The corporate Management System has been being developed in course of several years. During this time the detailed analysis of the existing system of Health Safety and Environment System as well as the evaluation of the ecological and industrial risks were conducted. Corporate Documents of the Management System were worked out, management representatives were approved, top- and middle - management training was organized. A number of measures were taken to improve working conditions and to prevent accidents and diseases acquired during the working process. Varyoganneft press-office provided information on the inner audit conducted by the company. In course of the audits all the faults were eliminated.
Thus, according to the H1 2012 analysis results conducted by the management of Varyoganneft. a number of recommendations in relation to improvement of the Health Safety and Environment Functioning were considered by the company. OAO Varyoganneft personnel training in the sphere of environmental and ecological safety is one of the priorities of the corporate Health Safety and Environment Management Systems, integrated into the company in 2011.
