OAO Saratovneftegaz granted 1mln rubles charity aid to Staropoltavsky district

Nowadays preparatory school is located in the building which is not in compliance with the norms of the Russian legislation and Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service on Customer’s Rights Protection and Human Well-being surveillance) requirements. The construction is about to be completed in the IV quarter of the current year. Opening of the nursery school will contribute to social tensions reduction in one of the 14th municipal districts where OAO Saratovneftegaz operates.
OAO NK RussNeft and OAO Saratovneftegaz systematically implement Charity programmes on the territories where they operate. Significant aid is granted to those objects of the social sphere which traditionally suffer from budget shortages: kindergartens and schools, hospitals, cultural centers and sports clubs.
For example, in July Staropoltavsky district center of the municipal district of the Volgograd region witnessed the opening of a universal gym. Building of the gym was funded by OAO Saratovneftegaz (subsidiary company of OAO NK RussNeft). Charity capital of 400 000 rubles, issued by the oil companies in 2010 already contributed to ordering design and estimating documentation of the modern sports center. Village residents interested in sports got an opportunity to take up basketball, volleyball, handball, mini-football in the sports club meeting all the modern standards. In 2011 within its charity programme implementation OAO Saratovneftegaz transferred 500 thousand rubles more for the development of the swimming pool design and estimate documentation in the same village of Staraya Poltavka. The building of the pool is about to start in the nearest time.
In 2012 the company granted 1.5 mln rubles to the Administration office of the Soviet district of Saratov region. This charity funding is targeted at reconstruction of Neftyanik stadium on a large scale in Stepnoe village. Apart from that one of the major projects, implemented now in Saratov and aimed at social infrastructure development, in particular at the construction of a special nursery school in Yubileyny village. This school will be able to accommodate 320 children. OAO NK RussNeft issued significant funding for the construction of this preparatory school in one of the youngest, populous and promising districts of the regional center.
By the end of 2012 the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in compliance with the Agreement of cooperation between Saratov region and OAO NK RussNeft will allow 20 mln rubles for social and economic programmes, charity and sponsored projects on the territory of the region.
