Belkamneft held scientific-practical conference
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft was the initiator of a scientific-practical conference “Modern technologies of well intervention”.
The conference was held in Izhevsk to gather representatives of service contractors, scientific research companies, manufacturers of equipment and agents for oil production from all Russia.
Yury Fedorov, OAO Belkamneft Director General, stated that the main objective of the conference was to learn new developments, technologies, ideas, practical knowledge about the most efficient and cost effective ways to perform well intervention. He believes that the held conversation was useful not only for the company as the host but also for all participants without exception.
The key criterion for the conference efficiency is the possibility to establish direct contacts between manufacturers and clients. Such meetings allow to perform more accurate assessment of well intervention problems and find the best solutions for them.
854 well interventions have been performed in the fields of the company this year aiming at the production rate increase. This number is 25% above the plan indicator. Such activities ensured additional production of 256 thousand tons of oil.
Effective well intervention with application of up-to-date equipment and technologies allows OAO Belkamneft to keep the high level of production at the brown fields.
