OAO Belkamnneft is implementing its associated petroleum gas utilization program
Izhevsk. From the beginning of the year OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft has utilized more than 29.51 cbm of associated petroleum gas (APG) from the company’s oilfields. This result was achieved due to reconstruction of the coating plant and its fuel handling facility as well as at the account of commissioning of APG utilization unit on the basis of two ovens ПТБ-10Э at the early water knockout unit “Viatka”, multi-phase pumping stations Rosscor at the oilfields Tsentralnoye, Sosnovskoye and Byginskoye.
The innovative approach to associated petroleum gas utilization enabled the company to provide APG utilization at the oilfields with high content of non-hydrocarbon components. The measures taken by the company permitted to raise APG utilization level at its oilfields from 46% TO 81%.
Further implementation of the approved “Program of APG utilization raising measures at OAO Belkamneft for 2011-2015” will permit to bring APG utilization at the company’s oilfields to the level of 95%.
Environment protection and implementation of ecological projects is one of the priorities with OAO Belkamneft. On the total, since the beginning of the year, the company has assigned for implementation of nature protection programs more than 700 million rubles.
