Nizhnevartovsk subsidiaries of RussNeft allocated over 18 million rubles for development of Novoagansk
Nizhnevartovsk region, KhMAO. More than 18 million rubles were allocated by OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia, OAO Mikhtikneft, ST ZAO Goloil, ZAO Chernogorskoe (subsidiaries of NK RussNeft) for the social economic development and material aid for the residents of the town of Novoagansk and Varyogan national village in 2012.
As communicated by OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia PR department to Uralinformburo, the funding was done within the framework of the social economic agreements between the Nizhnevartovsk subsidiaries of NK RussNeft and the region administration as well as under the corporate charitable projects and agreements between the subsidiaries and heads of communal family lands.
This year, Aganneftegazgeologia allocated over 9 million rubles to nine heads of communal family lands with whom individual agreements were signed. Aborigines with traditional cattle camp lifestyle use those funds for the primary needs – fuels and lubricants, snowmobiles, boats and various home appliances.
Over 4 million rubles under the agreements with the regional administration were dedicated to development of the Varyogan ethnographic park museum, upgrade of Novoagansk cultural institutions, i.e. children art school, libraries, Geologist cultural center, Raduga kindergarten, Perekrestok youth center, Olymp children sport school etc.
The charitable projects of the Nizhnevartovsk subsidiaries of NK RussNeft are direct aid projects and aim at the development of spirituality, culture, education and support to gifted children. This year, a group of children from Novoagansk school No. 1, with financial support of OAO Mokhtikneft and ZAO Chernogorskoe, participated in all-Russia competition “What? Where? When?” held in Tyumen and was invited to Class in Action festival in Prague.
A flute, professional musical instrument, was presented to E. Parno, graduate of Novoagansk art school and student of Saint-Petersburg conservatory. Sunday school of priestly martyr Hermogen in Novoagansk received a GAZelle minibus as a gift from Aganneftegazgeologia, and a children playground was built next to a new apartment house for the local residents.
Two million rubles were additionally transferred to the regional budget under decision of NK RussNeft for celebration of the Oilman day in Novoagansk.
The subsidiaries provided transport to the locals to participate in sport competitions and contests in the region as charity on top of the agreements.
