OAO Ulyanovskneft is recognized as one of the best companies – user of nature by the results of the regional contest “Ecologist of the Year-2012”

The annual regional contest “Ecologist of the Year” is held with the purpose of activating and encouragement  the companies and citizens’  activity in the field of protection of the environment of the Ulyanovsk region. OAO Ulyanovskneft took the 3^rd place in the nomination “The best company–user of nature”. Besides, the first place in the nomination “The best ecologist of the company-user of nature” was given to the senior ecologist of the company L.I.Ogurok.

The winners of the contest were determined by a competent contest commission which included representatives of executive and legislation authorities, representatives of OAO Ulyanovskexpertisa, well-known social figures. The following criteria were used to determine the winners: importance of the problems the contester is to solve, innovations and unique work style, social and ecological efficiency and personal contribution to solution of environment protection problems.
