The second forum of young professionals was held at Belkamneft
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, held the second forum of young professionals. The event was attended by over a hundred employees of the company.
Parting words to the young professionals were delivered by Director General of Belkamneft Yuri Fedorov and Deputy General Director for HR of OAO Belkamneft Ivan Shibanov. The discussion touched on urgent issues of social and youth policy of the Company .A report on the work of the Council of young professionals in the past year was presented and the plan of work of the Council for 2013 was approved.
The Forum noted that such activities promote the active involvement of creative and intellectual potential of young people in production of topical industrial and social issues and rallying the youth of the company. The program of the Forum was topped by award ceremony for the winners of scientific conference of young professionals of Belkamneft, which was held at the plant in December.
