OAO Saratovneftegaz summarized 2012 Safety work

Saratov. 2012 HSE work was summarized by OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, OAO Saratovneftegaz.

There were no emergencies, fatal accidents and group injury incidents in 2012 due to the Safety activities at the hazardous facilities operated by Saratovneftegaz, as reported at the final meeting with the management of the company and its subsidiaries held last week. Effective performance of HSE compliance committee was distinguished at the meeting. Reputable incentive system for the best Health and Safety results among OAO Saratovneftegaz divisions accepted by the company was approved as well.  Planned emergency response trainings are also performed by the company according to the schedule approved. The detailed assessment of the actions of the staff is given according to the results of the training and follow-ups are worked out. 
According to the information of Rostekhnadzor Nizhne-Volzhskoye department all its recommendations in 2012 were performed in full and met the deadline. On the whole the authority was satisfied by the work of OAO Saratovneftegaz. 
The company realizes responsibility of financial investment to the activities targeted at the improvement of the Fire Safety Unit. In particular, diagnostics of the pipeline system (263 km) worth more than 3 mln rubles has been completed. Apart from that 18 km of the pipelines (42 mln rubles expenditures) were replaced, 54 equipment reviews worth 0.5 mln rubles were performed at the hazardous facilities.
Work conditions and Health issues at OAO Saratovneftegaz divisions are in the focus of the management of the company. Life and health safety of each of the workers has always been an absolute priority, which proves the OAO NK RussNeft policy stability in this direction.
