Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, OAO Varioganneft allocated around 600 thousand rubles to implementation of the staff training programme in Q1 2013. Totally more than 100 employees of the company took part in the training during 3 months in 2013, among them top management and middle management, specialists and working staff.
Wells survey operators and processing units operators upgraded their skills and proved their qualification. For this targets alone Varioganneft allocated more than 300 thousand rubles.
Above 135 thousand rubles were as well allocated to organization and performing of special purpose courses for additional permits, needed for the oil industry; around 150 thousand rubles were allocated for the Safety training.
Staff training is a priority for OAO Varioganneft HR policy. The training is given much attention as it ensures stable accident free work of the company as well as health and safety of the employees.
Varioganneft intends to continue the implementation of the training programme for the staff, involving professional training, development and skills upgrade of the employees of the company. On the whole, funding of the companies’ employees training will be increased by 6% against 2012 and will amount to 4 mln rubles.
