The raining center of Saratovneftegaz obtained a perpetual license for educational activity

PEI APE Saratovnedra carries out training of specialists and workers in occupations that are in demand in the oil and gas industry and the construction industry. In 2012, 1807 specialists of the group of companies RussNeft underwent additional training there. Overall, in the past year, the number of trained workers including third-party companies and organizations exceeded 4.5 thousand people, and during the 5 months of this year - about 2 million. Currently, the PEI APE Saratovnedra conducts training for  the employees  of Saratovneftegaz and its subsidiaries, as well as more for more than a hundred specialists of enterprises of Saratov region on  75 blue-collar occupations  and further training courses. Executives and specialists of enterprises can gain additional professional education or improve their skills in such fields as industrial, environmental, fire safety, health and safety, etc.
The Training Center, along with a team of highly qualified teachers has everything you need for  quality teaching. Education is carried out with application of modern interactive technologies (the latest computer simulators for practice, multimedia equipment for lectures), relevant manuals and training materials. The major educational programs of PEI APE Saratovnedra  include  training  on trades (assistant driller,  ERD and WO driller, oil and gas production operator, automotive engineer, bridge and  tower crane operator, rigger, electrician, the oil and gas production foreman, WO foreman, boiler operator, welder), labor protection, industrial safety, electrical safety, construction safety, fire and technical minimum, transport of dangerous goods, mining tolerance training for managers and professionals. Among the largest companies-customers which employ the services of PEI APE Saratovnedra there are OAO "NK Saratovneftegeofizika", OAO "TRANSMASH" the affiliates of OOO Gazprom UGS", ZAO PO Volga-Neft, the affiliates of the Volga RW, subsidiaries of RAO UES of Russia, employment centers of the Saratov region.
In addition, PEI APE Saratovnedra has for the third year in a row been housing a joint educational project of OAO NK RussNeft and the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas., initiated by the Company's President Mikhail Gutseriev. Saratov regional preparatory department of one of the most prestigious oil and gas universities in Russia was founded in 2010. It should be emphasized that the payment of preliminary training of an eleventh form pupils (apart from  the children of Saratovneftegaz and OAO Ulyanovskneft employees,  among them there are medalists and the best high-school graduates of both  Volga regions municipalities where the subsidiaries of RussNeft  operate) and their subsequent studies at the University is funded  by RussNeft.  Last year, 16 high school graduates from the  Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions became the University 1 year students under  the target admission on  the budget basis. To date, 34 1^st and 2^nd years students of Gubkin State University of Oil and Gas are  former students of the Volga (Saratov) and West Siberian (Raduzhniy) regional preparatory departments. All this proves once again that one of the priorities of OAO NK "RussNeft" in the field of personnel management is both giving their  employees opportunities for training and professional development and training of young professionals who will be needed in the future at  the enterprises of the Holding and the industry in general .
