An emergency liquidated during training at a production facility of Ulyanovskneft

Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, held special tactical exercise on emergency response to hazardous production facilities.

The aim of the exercise was comprehensive testing of warning systems and interaction of Ulianovskneft emergency  civil defense units, special law enforcement units, Ministry of Emergencies and local government bodies of Novospassky district of Ulyanovsk and Ulyanovsk region during the emergency - rescue and other emergency operations for emergency response at fire- and explosion-prone  objects of the Company.
During the exercise, the security service of  OAO Ulyanovskneft together with the division of guard force found and eliminated the conventional intruder who penetrated into the territory  of the oil treatment  and pumping unit "Uzhznaya" iwith the aim to install an object resembling a bomb. The participants practiced the actions aimed at  eliminating  conditional inflammation at  the territory of the oil treatment and pumping unit and rescuing the alleged victims.
The exercises were held with participation of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies, the Federal Security Service, the traffic police at the Police Department of Novospassky district, search and rescue  service "Civil protection of Ulyanovsk" emergency rescue units of LLC "Lifeguard", PSA  " Shield."
Safety at the workplace, preservation of life and health, protection of the environment in the areas of business activity of the company are the main priorities and the most important conditions for success of Ulyanovskneft.
