NAK AKI-OTYR completed DIRECTUM Enterprise Content Management suite implementation
Khanty-Mansi. OAO NK RussNeft implemented DIRECTUM Enterprise Content Management suite in its subsidiary, OAO NAK AKI-OTYR. The project was implemented within IT infrastructure corporate development strategy.
The project included two stages. The first stage “Design” embraced detailed study of business processes in the company and project design development for automatic interaction and document control. Users and administrators were trained according to the method recommended by DIRECTUM, taking into account specific nature of using the suite. The second stage “Implementation of Enterprise Corporate Management suite” included completion of automating unit operations of outcoming and incoming documents registration. Apart from that, it also involved tasks, regulations, orders, approval of the documents execution control. DIRECTUM options as well as well-coordinated work of technical specialists allowed proper automation of the document management process and reduction of time expenditures for making up, approval and search of the documents. At the moment DIRECTUM has been launched.
All employees of the company as well as oilfield specialists work with DIRECTUM.
