Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft team won at the regional professional contest The Best Specialist among the companies of Siberia group of OAO NK RussNeft, as Oil and Gas Informational Agency was reported by the press-office of the company.
Totally 36 employees from the four companies took part in the professional competitions: OAO Varioganneft (Raduzhny), OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya (Nizhnevartovsk), OAO NAK Aki-Otyr (Khanty-Mansiysk), OOO Tomskaya neft (Tomsk). The competition was held in 10 categories.
Due to competition results, OAO Varioganneft employees were winners in the following categories: The Best Operator , Well Survey – Anton Mikitin (Center for Scientific and Project Studies); The Best Mechanic, Oilfield Equipment Repair - Winner Grigory Yakunov (ООО URONO); The Best Electrical and Gas Welder, Winner – Andrey Kononenko (ООО SMU), The Best Electrician, Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Winner – Sergey Baturin (OOO UAiANP (Automation of Work and Energy of Facilities); The Best Driver, Winner – Ivan Avramenko (OOO UTT), The Best Operator, Oil and Gas Production, , Second Award - Pavel Kurenkov (Oil and Gas Production Department, Zapadno-Varioganskoye field), The Best Operator of Processing Pumps - Aleksander Sadovnichy (Central Processing Facility), The Best Operator of Dehydrating and Desalting Facility - Yuriy Kravtsov (Central Processing Facility), The Best Laboratory Assistant of Chemical Analysis, Third Award - Svetlana Bezkorovaynaya (Scientific and Project Study Department). The winners and awardees are awarded with valuable gifts.
OAO Varioganneft (Y. Tanin, CEO) won the team competition, according to the results of the regional contest. The specialists of the company were awarded nine categories. Then follows OAO MPK Agnneftegazgeologiya (CEO, K.Terenin) – 8 categories. OOO Tomskaya neft is also among the awardees (N. Garipov, CEO). The fourth award and 5 categories were given to OAO NAK Aki-Otyr team (S.Byshov, CEO).
The performance of such competitions allows to solve one of the priority issues - to increase the activity, motivation of the staff, cutting-edge methods and labor technics studying, professional training both among the specialists with long time experience and among the young specialists.
