Representatives of AFK Sistema left the Board of Directors of RussNeft
Moscow. Representatives of AFK Sistema (MOEX: AFKS) left the Board of Directors of RussNeft (MOEX: RUSN).
According to a communication from the oil company, the following top managers of Sistema were excluded from the list of RussNeft’s affiliates: Sergey Drozdov, Aleksey Buyanov, Felix Evtushenkov, Mikhail Cherny, Mikhail Shamolin.
The new members of the Board of Directors of RussNeft are Mikhail Gutseriev, Said-Salam Gutseriev, Alexander Beard, Oleg Gordeev, Yury Dubrovsky, Maxim Kalyuzhny, Dmitry Romanov, Mikhail Shishkhanov, Vladimir Scherbak.
According to the communication, AFK Sistema sold its 49% in the oil company to entities closely allied to M. Gutseriev, founder and President of RussNeft. Besides, M. Gutseriev bought 2% of RussNeft from Sberbank (MOEX: SBER). Therefore, M. Gutseriev and his allied entities own 100% of RussNeft.
