NK RussNeft gave computers as a charity
Nizhnevartovsk region, KhMAO. Music and painting masterpieces online! New computers were installed in Novoagansk art school. Both teachers and students can go to the internet now and find interesting information, download notes, talk to friends. The computers are a gift from RussNeft oil company and Aganneftegazgeologia multi-discipline company – old friends of the art school.
Such gifts to educational, cultural and sport organizations in all regions of operation of the company is an old and good tradition of the oilmen. Anastasia Maltseva reports on how the educational possibilities of Novoagansk talented people have grown.
He is 13 years old, 8 years of which were dedicated to music. Dima Garanin is a violoncello student of Novoagansk children art school. The young interpreter is a frequent guest in the library, where he borrows notes, music theory books, and biographies of great composers. But it is not for literature he has come here today. Computers were installed in the library and Dima goes to the internet to listen to pieces of music.
- Now I can find the needed notes, listen to music, learn to interpret it, - Dmitry Garanin, Novoagansk children art school student, says about the new possibilities.
Aganneftegazgeologia has been active in the life of Novoagansk children art school practically from its start. Such cooperation helps the school to get new music instruments, equipment, concert costumes every year. The recent useful attainment is computers installed in graphic arts and music literature classes.
- Students with teachers can come here, go to the internet, find a piece of music, save it to a disk or a memory stick, and then listen to it jointly. Before this, teachers either took children home or brought tablet computers for this purpose. Now we have one small class equipped and children can use it easily, Olga Panina, Director of the school, comments.
Talented and gifted students of the art school may rely on special attitude from the oilmen. Once, Aganneftegazgeologia donated a quite expensive music instrument to accordionist Dmitry Zubtsovsky. He graduated from Gnesiny music college in Moscow last year. And Ekaterina Parno, student of St-Petersburg state music conservatory, received a flute as a gift from the company.
- All that help was really needed. It was efficient and useful. These paintings and music instruments are beautiful. I was shown a piano and told that such instruments are used by professional composers. Therefore, we may expect that graduates of this school will be outstanding, says Akhmet Aushev, Vice-director general of OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia for operation.
RussNeft and Aganneftegazgeologia donated computers also to Novoagansk centre for extended education Raduga, Novoagansk orthodox Sunday school and Nizhnevartovsk orthodox gymnasium. 26 computer overall. Support to cultural, educational, sport organizations is one of the major priorities of the oilmen. About 10 million rubles have been allocated for this purpose this year.
