Nizhnevartovsk, KhMAO. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya (NK RussNeft subsidiary) implements social program targeted at increasing the quality of life of the employees of the company and their family members. Above 47.5 mln rubles was allocated to various activities under collective agreement in 2013.
Above 12 mln rubles was allocated to complete the complex program of health and spa treatment. More than 200 employees of the company and their family members spent their holidays and health treatment at the Black Sea, Caucasian resorts. 27 children spent a part of their summer holidays in educational and health center Children’s Republic (Tyumen). During the year the company was allocating money for cultural events and sports events as well as offered financial help to the employees in case of wedding, births, retirement, compensated for treatment etc. Programs for living conditions improvement, voluntary insurance against accidents, voluntary medical insurance, retired persons support are also implemented in the company. Aganneftegazgeologiya employees have an opportunity to regularly visit swimming-pool and ice rink.
As Uralinfromburo reported in press-office OAO MPK ANGG, the company intends to continue developing and improving social corporate programs. Funding of the events targeted at social support of the employees will increase.
