Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, allocated above 59 mln rubles to implement internal corporate social programs in 2013.
Social package for the company’s personnel includes food allowance for the workers of producing facilities, optional medical insurance; health resort recreational treatment for the employees and their children; non-governmental pension coverage; financial support.
11 mln rubles were allocated to food remuneration for the employees at the oilfields of OAO Ulyanovskneft in 2013. Thus 600 employees were provided with hot meals. The company devotes much attention to implementation of the personnel program. More than 200 Ulyanovskneft employees received complimentary vacation packages in 2013. The company does not forget about children either, 66 vacation packages to the children recreation camps were granted by the company.
Ulyanovskneft has a optional medical insurance program for the personnel. The company allocated around 9 mln rubles for implementation of this program in 2013. Due to that program the employees received hospital care and dental care in governmental and private hospitals. 189 people took part in the program of pension coverage in 2013. More than 14 mln rubles were allocated to these objectives. OAO Ulyanovskneft is a socially responsible employer.
