Khanty-Mansiysk. In 2013 OAO Varioganneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, allocated 77,5 million rubles for implementation of the social programmes for the company’s personnel, which is 8.2% more than in 2012, Press Service of the company reports to Samotlor-Express.
Social package for the Company’s personnel includes: industrial accident insurance for all employees; optional medical insurance; health resort and recreation for employees and their children; non-state pension coverage; subsidized food for oil production facilities employees; free milk for employees engaged in hazardous works; improved living conditions; material aid and so on.
Varyoganneft gives much attention to the workers' health care. Thus, 19 million rubles were invested in comprehensive programme of health resort recreation for employees. More than three hundred employees and members of their families recreated at health resorts of the Black sea, the Altai Territory, south of the Tyumen region, Caucasian Mineral Waters. Last year Varyoganneft funded more than 14 million rubles to non-state pension coverage programme. During 2013 the company allocated money for cultural and sporting events, wedding financial assistance to employees, birth of children, retirement, additional payments to employees on maternity leave, medical treatment costs compensation etc.
In 2014 Varyoganneft is going to continue fulfillment of social obligations envisaged by the collective agreement.
